Here is our February flash analysis of home sales for BunnMoxleyHome towns.
When you review the analysis, we think you will agree that the year is beginning strongly. We see strength especially at the high end. Short Hills leads the pack, recording the highest sale prices and the lowest days on the market of any of our towns, averaging $1,379,283 and just 25 days. Summit and Westfield achieved sales well above assessed values, of 2.2 times and 3.5 times, respectively. We are encouraged that Short Hills, Summit and New Vernon, in particular, saw the number of days on the market decline sharply – an early test of building demand.
The full breakdown, town by town, is included at bunnmoxleyhomes.com under the market stats menu. Please check it out, and if you have questions, give us a call or shoot us an email. Cara and Howard
