Lifelong natives of Short Hills, Howard and Cara founded and own the Keller Williams office of Essex, Morris and Union counties. The office now is powered with over 150 of the most professional, pro-active and tech-savvy agents in the industry.

Cara is the daughter of ITT executive and longstanding Millburn-Short Hills Town Council member, John J. Navin. She graduated from Kent Place School in Summit, NJ as well as Wheaton College. Prior to beginning her real estate business, Cara worked in advertising and media sales for major nationwide publications, including Seventeen Magazine and other Hearst publications. And with that background she brings substantial marketing experience to the table. She is married to real estate executive John Moxley, lives in Short Hills, and has two children.
Howard also grew up in Short Hills, and graduated from The Pingry School in Short Hills/Martinsville, NJ and the University of Richmond. Howard began his career on Wall Street, working at DLJ in fixed income capital markets. He is married to Alison and lives in Short Hills with his three children – all of whom attended the superb Millburn-Short Hills public schools.
