Our financial model is agent-friendly. At KW all agents are on a 70/30 split. But when the office’s portion of 30% is satisfied (after achieving approximately $4.5 million in production) agents ‘cap.’ At that point there is no split. Agents enjoy 100% for the rest of the year.
Monthly fees are nominal, just $60 (including E & O insurance), which provides access to the most cutting edge platform in the industry. Everyday we use it to manage and leverage leads, listings and overall marketing. The platform offers a cutting edge web presence with substantial computer/tech support – even while at home.
At KW your voice is heard. Although we are part of a large national firm, each office is individually owned and operated and enjoys an entrepreneurial spirit. Our agents have input through our Agent Leadership Council and agents of all levels mentor best practices from top agents.
