Cara is the daughter of a longstanding Millburn-Short Hills Town Council member, and graduated from Kent Place School in Summit, NJ as well as Wheaton College. She is married to John Moxley, lives in Short Hills, and has two children.
Howard also grew up in Short Hills, and graduated from The Pingry School in Short Hills/Martinsville, NJ and the University of Richmond. He is married to Alison and lives in Short Hills with his three children – all of whom have attended the superb Millburn-Short Hills public schools.
